Epic Sex In A Loving Relationship with Isiah McKimmie
Over in my Project WE membership club we dig deep into the 8 Key Life Areas of the Project Me Life Wheel®. Recently the topic turned to sex and intimacy in long term relationships and how to get spark and connection flowing again when you’ve been together for a long time. You deserve satisfying sex and a deeply loving relationship.
I reached out to Isiah McKimmie, a Couples Therapist, Sex Therapist, Sexologist and Coach who has been helping women and couples discover intimacy and connection for over a decade. She’s one of the most qualified and experienced sex and relationship experts in Australia, with two masters degrees, a postgraduate diploma, and a background in Tantra. She’s built her reputation on getting results.
Isiah contributed to the Love chapter of my Project Me book with wonderful advice about what to do about mismatched desires in a relationship.
This time we jumped on a recorded call together to have a beautiful conversation about how to have epic sex in a loving relationship. Normally I share these calls inside of the Project WE members’ hub, but I want to give the wider Project Me audience a chance to hear this one. This is an audio conversation so you can listen with headphones and go about your business like you would with a podcast. Maybe curl up in bed with your partner, press play and see what happens?
In this call Isiah McKimmie gives actionable advice about:
- How to build stronger connection. (This is the number one reason people see her in therapy.)
- Where to start if you or your partner have lost desire – and how to get it back.
- How to orgasm more easily and consistently – even if you struggle or have never had one. She also revealed that there are over seven different kinds of orgasms women can have! (Tell me I’m not the only one who didn’t know this?)

Loving the new interview format Kelly! I’ve been following your blog for years but don’t think I’ve ever heard you speak until these last couple of posts. I really enjoyed the human design video and got my chart done! This sex in a long term relationship talk is one I have started and decided to finish listening to with my husband later. Better if we are both on the same page right?
Thanks Renee! I create loads of video and audio content in my Project WE membership club and usually stick to written content here on the blog. But I’ve been keen to share some of these here, so I’m happy you’re enjoying.
Great that you will listen to this one along with hubby. Why not? Absolutely! Do come back and tell us what you both thought. ❤️
So wonderful to hear that you’re going to listen to this with your husband Renee! What a great way to begin opening up he conversation. Kelly and I would love to hear what you get out of it.
