Video Training: Learn How to Master Your To Do List

My survey of Project Me subscribers and social media followers has revealed that the #1 life area that drags you down is your Productivity and Time Management.  Improving your productivity not only brings you more calm, it’s also a natural way to free up more time and energy for the people and the things you love.

My Master Your To-Do List Training Video teaches you how to use the Trello computer app to keep your master to-do list in one easy place so you are not always constantly re-writing lists – or worse, keeping too much in your head. Trello has made the greatest impact on my productivity and now hundreds of women from all over the world have used my method to improve their own time management.

You can get the video training and pay $19.99! (Or £15 if you’d prefer to pay in British pounds.) OR….. NOW IT’S INCLUDED IN PROJECT WE MEMBERSHIP! (Along with my EVERNOTE TRAINING and so much more.) It’s incredible value for money. Click here to read about Project WE and all that’s included.

If you’ve watched the mini video above, have checked out Project WE membership and you’d still like to buy the Trello training video separately  – click here and you’ll be on your way.

Here are just a few happy mama testimonials for my Master Your To-Do List Training Video:

‘I hesitated on this because I’m a pen and paper kind of gal, but guess what – I love it! I’d tell others to keep an open mind. You’re doing this training because something isn’t working for you, so you may have to take an entirely different direction in your time management habits. It’s made such a difference in my every day life. I’d recommend it (and do!) to all of my mommy friends!’ – Lindsay

‘I have kicked some serious ass since I learned your system! Even my husband noticed and commented on how on top of things I have been… All my scraps of paper are bye, bye, bye… My brain has been clearer and more focused because I have a system that works. Thank you Kelly!’ – Trina

‘It feels so good to have a central place to keep track of my to-dos and to have it available on both my laptop and phone. I love being able to mark things as done! My general sense of complete overwhelm has diminished, it all feels more manageable, and I know it will only get better! It makes me want to keep getting better. You’re so honest and real and I know that’s what makes you so great to work with.’ – Carrie

‘I’ve been able to get so much done, including large projects. It’s been a huge relief to knock these things off the list without the distracting scratched off items. At the same time, I’ve been able to relax a lot more about all the things that need to be done. I love being able to easily change the priorities of the things on my to do list. So much of what I’ve learned from you has been revolutionary in my life!’ – Aletha

‘Understanding how to prioritise has been the game changer for me. Mentally, I was on the verge of seeking medical assistance in order to stay afloat. Now my whole outlook is more positive. I know you throw things out to the universe, for me, I’d thrown out a silent plea for a solution, and you answered! Thank you.’ – Jane

Hi Kelly! You taught me your system about two years ago and it helped me more than words can say. I use it for work and home life and I’ve never used another post it note since! You’d mentioned you would make design my day into a planner and I would love that. I had a lot of them printed and spiral bound but that has run out now. This is great that you have made a video to show your system and I will recommend this to everyone! 🙂

Hi Caroline! Yay – you broke out of your Post It note addiction! I’m so happy you’re still using and loving this system. You’re right – I did say I’d be making printed Design My Day planners and that’s still the plan. My book had to take priority and now creating my Productivity Bootcamp, but next up is the planner! 🙂

I was so close to finally booking in for a private session with you for this Kelly. But always too busy to even figure out when I could do it! I saw this yesterday at the right moment and I’m very happy I did it. I did my brain dump (love that), watched the video, set up my master to do list, and now can see the woods through the trees. I really think I’m going to love this. Today I woke up feeling like I have a sense of direction and I know my my priorties are and what can wait. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

You’re SO welcome Jane! I’m thrilled to bits that this video training has already made such an early impact on you. It’s the same when I teach it in my 1:1 workshops. I love seeing the immediate transformation it brings. Thanks so much for letting me know. Look out for more tips in my follow-up email series. 🙂
