I don’t want you to have to wait to get started, so watch this short video to hear about a very special mini-training I’ve created to boost your productivity and time management ahead of the busy holiday season. Doing this one thing transformed my own productivity overnight!

Spoiler alert: I’ve turned my one-on-one Master Your To Do List Skype workshop into a step-by-step, do-it-yourself training video to make it affordable and accessible to ALL!

If you’ve watched the video and can’t wait to get started – click here and you’ll be on your way.

Or if you’re thinking, ‘Kelly, I’m so out-of-my-mind-busy that don’t even have time to watch your video!’, then I’ve got you covered. Here’s a nutshell version of the video transcript so you can speed-read it:

Hey this is Kelly P. from Project Me and I am wearing my action t-shirt today, which can only mean one thing. I have a call to action for you!

No matter what’s going on in the rest of your life, if you can get the productivity and time management area into a better place, it’s going to have a positive knock-on effect on the rest of your life too.

I know this for myself. A little admission to make… I was not always the productivity chick that I am today. My kids are teenagers now, but when they were small I was running around like a headless chicken. I had to-do lists in my head, I had them on scraps of paper, I had them on backs of envelopes. I’m a real list maker. But my lists were all over the place. And everyday I was just doing whatever was in front of my face – with no real solid game plan. Or I would try something and it would work for a short while, and then I would just be back to square one again.

My house was a cluttered mess, my brain was a cluttered mess. I procrastinated. All of that stuff that I hear you guys talk about all the time. This was me too! And I decided to turn things around for myself. I started reading every book I could get my hands on around productivity and time-management. I stopped using the backs of envelopes and post-it notes. I got myself a dedicated notebook for my to-do list and I would force myself to make a clean page every day, because I felt like each day should be a clean slate.

But, you know what happens, right? When you have to do a new page everyday and have to carry over the stuff that you didn’t do the previous day over to the next page. And then you have to do the same thing the next day, and the next day. Until pretty soon you just don’t carry those things over anymore because they are just absolutely weighing you down emotionally. And let’s face it – you stop writing it down and then it’s back in your head again

So, the first step was for me to move over to a digital app so I could just type in my tasks and projects once and I didn’t have to re-write them over and over again. But of course what happens is the list just got longer and longer. And things fall more and more to the bottom. And I still felt like everyday I was looking at this massive list of different things I could be doing and just kind of picking and choosing what felt easiest and most fun at any given time. And then still leaving the things that are really important to the last minute! Does any of this sound familiar?

So I had my real eureka! moment when I took a collaboration tool and began to use it for my to-do list. Laying everything out into a place where I could prioritise and it. This  turned everything around for me. I stopped procrastinating and started started doing things before they became urgent. I stopped being in that fire fighting mode all the time.

It worked so well that in 2014 I started teaching my system in one-on-one Skype sessions with women all over the world. And they loved it so much! The feedback I was getting was amazing. It occurred to me recently, I think I could reach more women if I actually did a video training. The exact training that I teach in my one-on-one Skype sessions, but turn it into a video training. Make it a lower price. Make it more accessible for women all over. And make it be something you can pause and implement as you go along. So I’ve done that. And I’ve had people trying it out for me. And the feedback I’m getting is amazing. So I’m ready to bring this to YOU.

In one hour, you can actually get my system up and running. I make it really clear, really easy. I know you’re busy, but if you invest one hour in doing this video training you are going to SAVE yourself that hour the very next day. Ok? So don’t say that you don’t have time for this.

This leads me of course for the call to action… which is, to get this Master Your To-Do List training video and learn the system that I use and that I teach to women all over the world, who are all telling me how much this has changed their life. Do it for yourself. Do it for your family. Just do it now before the busy holiday season kicks in!

Here are some happy mama testimonials:

‘I hesitated on this because I’m a pen and paper kind of gal, but guess what – I love it! I’d tell others to keep an open mind. You’re doing this training because something isn’t working for you, so you may have to take an entirely different direction in your time management habits. It’s made such a difference in my every day life. I’d recommend it (and do!) to all of my mommy friends!’ – Lindsay

‘I have kicked some serious ass since I learned your system! Even my husband noticed and commented on how on top of things I have been… All my scraps of paper are bye, bye, bye… My brain has been clearer and more focused because I have a system that works. Thank you Kelly!’ – Trina

‘It feels so good to have a central place to keep track of my to-dos and to have it available on both my laptop and phone. I love being able to mark things as done! My general sense of complete overwhelm has diminished, it all feels more manageable, and I know it will only get better! It makes me want to keep getting better. You’re so honest and real and I know that’s what makes you so great to work with.’ – Carrie

‘I’ve been able to get so much done, including large projects. It’s been a huge relief to knock these things off the list without the distracting scratched off items. At the same time, I’ve been able to relax a lot more about all the things that need to be done. I love being able to easily change the priorities of the things on my to do list. So much of what I’ve learned from you has been revolutionary in my life!’ – Aletha

‘Understanding how to prioritise has been the game changer for me. Mentally, I was on the verge of seeking medical assistance in order to stay afloat. Now my whole outlook is more positive. I know you throw things out to the universe, for me, I’d thrown out a silent plea for a solution, and you answered! Thank you.’ – Jane

Hi Kelly! You taught me your system about two years ago and it helped me more than words can say. I use it for work and home life and I’ve never used another post it note since! You’d mentioned you would make design my day into a planner and I would love that. I had a lot of them printed and spiral bound but that has run out now. This is great that you have made a video to show your system and I will recommend this to everyone! 🙂

Hi Caroline! Yay – you broke out of your Post It note addiction! I’m so happy you’re still using and loving this system. You’re right – I did say I’d be making printed Design My Day planners and that’s still the plan. My book had to take priority and now creating my Productivity Bootcamp, but next up is the planner! 🙂

I was so close to finally booking in for a private session with you for this Kelly. But always too busy to even figure out when I could do it! I saw this yesterday at the right moment and I’m very happy I did it. I did my brain dump (love that), watched the video, set up my master to do list, and now can see the woods through the trees. I really think I’m going to love this. Today I woke up feeling like I have a sense of direction and I know my my priorties are and what can wait. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!
