Tell Us What You Think.

The Silly Season is soon upon us…

We all want to live in the present moment, be more mindful, calm and connected to those we love, but it’s hard when our busy brains are living in the future – completely overloaded with planning, shopping lists and endless to-dos.

When you try to do too much, have perfectionist tendencies, lack organisation or don’t take care of yourself – it’s hard to stay positive. Your kids want a happy mum – not one who’s pulling her hair out.

Project Me to the rescue!

I’m Kelly Pietrangeli, creator of Project Me for Busy Mothers, and I’ve had some pretty crazy Decembers since I became a mother 18 years ago. I’ve now learned how to navigate my way through the holidays without the overwhelm – and you can too.

In this hands-on, fun and practical workshop, you’ll have two full hours to focus on your Dream December. You’ll get clear about your goals and intentions for these final few weeks of 2017. What are your challenges? What needs organising or figuring out? Are there any holiday traditions you want to start or keep up? What can you let go of (including perfection…)? How will you make time for you?

We’ll delve into the power of the mind and identify any potential triggers that could mess with your mindset over the holidays. Including any tricky relatives…

After two focused hours of future thinking, you can then return to the present, knowing that you’ve got a solid game plan for gliding through December with a calm smile on your face. (Believe me, your family are going to love you for doing this.)

Where: The Corner House 102-104 Shepherd’s Bush Road London W6 7PD

Here’s what some of my last workshop participants have said:

‘That was superb. I feel 10 feet tall and know exactly what I need to do this week. I feel a huge weight has been lifted!’ – Liz (Who travelled to London from Oxford by bus.)

‘I’m naturally pretty introverted, so this is a little outside my ‘comfort zone’, but I’m SO glad I attended. The workshop itself was terrific and I enjoyed this opportunity to brainstorm and to hear the opinions of other wonderful mamas who share my love for Project Me. It was invaluable. I loved it!’ – Rachel (Who travelled to London from Swansea by train.)

And how some of the others reported feeling after the workshop:

Motivated and clear on where my focus needs to lie moving forward
Very positive
Inspired and energised
Empowered, focused
Optimistic, invigorated, happy!

I’m sure you’ll walk out feeling the same after this one! You deserve this fun ME time treat.

Kelly Pietrangeli is the Mama Motivator behind, an online platform dedicated to inspiring and empowering mothers to become pro problem-solvers and find a happier balance by looking closely at what is and what isn’t working well in their lives. Her tools and resources make it easy to take small steps that lead to big results.

Kelly walks her talk. She’s candid about her struggles and openly shares what has and hasn’t worked in all areas of her life. She’s not afraid to kick you up the backside if you need it, but her style is gentle and encouraging, never brash or bossy. She inspires without intimidating, always encouraging a ‘be easier on your yourself’ approach with plenty of permission to ‘drop the guilt’.
